Mbwidiffu Dibal, BSN, MSN, FNP-BC, is the founder and medical director of Bioidentical Medical Solutions, a wellness-centered practice specializing in bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), weight management, and integrative approaches to optimizing health. With a deep commitment to restoring balance and vitality, she is passionate about helping individuals achieve optimal well-being through personalized, evidence-based care.
Drawing on years of experience in primary care, urgent care, and medical aesthetics, Mbwidiffu offers a truly holistic, patient-centered approach to hormone therapy—focusing not only on lab results, but on how patients feel in their daily lives. Her practice treats hormonal imbalances related to aging, perimenopause, menopause, and low testosterone in both men and women, with the goal of improving energy, mood, mental clarity, libido, and overall quality of life.
She received advanced BHRT training under the mentorship of Dr. Kent Grotefendt of CHI Memorial Family Practice Associates (Ooltewah, TN), and Dr. Calvin Wilson of Living Great Medical Associates (Dover, DE)—both recognized leaders in hormone optimization, with a combined 50+ years of clinical expertise.
